Cats are fine, ate their food as soon as I arrived, slept well and today they are exploring their new home. New York, NY to Atlanta, GA (in 16 hrs)   I know I am bit late at sending this, but wanted to let you know how very,very pleased I was with your service. My Team of Victor and Jeff were absolutely amazing. Not only did they keep in ouch, send pictures etc. As you know my one pup has a pretty serious medical condition. I had decided to just crush her pill into the food that I had prepared. Of course she left in the bottom of the bowl....Victor and Jeff, took the time, care and concern to take the powder and put it in water and wait until she drank the water. That is above and beyond.

They also noticed that one crate was large enough for both and they were much more less stressed being in one crate. Except for feeding time, when my Baci tries to eat Schatzie's food...so they separated them for feeding. Kudos to Victor and Jeff...they did an amazing job of making sure my pups arrived safe, sound and essentially stress free for a 16 hour journey. They kept me posted on their arrival in NYC and their progress along the journey and anticipated arrival. Just an absolutely amazing experience. I am not sure when I am headed home, but likely sometime in September...and without a doubt I will contact you to bring my pups safely to our home in NYC. Would love to have Victor and Jeff, if their schedules permit.

New York, NY to Naples, FL (23 hrs) Sunny,Thanks and of course we will. I knew but forgot your practice of employing vets. It is a great thing for them and for you. I was in the Air Force during Vietnam. I was lucky, and did not get sent there. I had orders to go but because of the winding down of the war they were cancelled at the last minute. With the cutbacks they had too many junior officers, so they started discharging us early. But obviously I have a warm place in my heart for those who serve. In fact I was against that war, but I just could not refuse to serve my country because of that. There are plenty of guys like that. I knew many myself. It makes me admire them all the more. And vets are highly likely to be some of the most reliable people you could hire. So it works both ways. But I know you don’t do it for that. It is a good thing to do, period. You know we trust you completely. If possible this just makes me have greater trust and be more comfortable when my “baby” is in your hands. Good work!
